This makes it easy to find what you’re looking for and get things done quickly. The streamlined menu construction places things you’re looking for in the places where you expect to find them, so you can work more efficiently. With My Digital, you’ll be able to take your business to the next level.
The new user interface in My Digital will be more flexible and customisable, This means that the screens displaying data in tabular format will be adjustable. Now, you, the user, will be able to decide what’s the most convenient way of displaying the data in the system.
Same great functionality, but smarter
We have zoomed in on some of the most popular functionalities in our system, and we made some smart refinements. You will notice extra checkboxes reminding you about the files and messages that were sent out or additional flexibility in processing transactions and refunds. All of these were designed to make your work faster and easier than ever.
The user interface and functionality are important, but everyone loves a software that is fast and snappy. We want to make sure you love the experience and it always stays this way. As a result, our engineering team has done some stellar work on optimising the data loading processes and many other aspects of the system concerning speed. This means that you’ll be able to get things done faster than ever before.
When will you see the changes?
We’ll switch all users to a new interface on the 2nd of September 2023.
The new interface has been designed with input from users like you, and we hope it will make your work easier and more efficient. Until now there was an option of switching between the old and new UI, so the users can have a smooth transition to the new design.
What does it mean for you and your work?
The core functionality of the software – everything that you’re used to and that makes your work possible – remains exactly the same. Your internal processes won’t be affected in any way. The change impacts the visual side of things, and we’ve made these changes with the goal of making your work more enjoyable and intuitive. We hope that you’ll find the new interface easy to use and that it helps you to be more productive in your work.
